The plot of the game is about a mercenary, who found himself in the city of psychopaths. Now he has to get out of this place alive, but it is not so easy – the psychos want to kill him, so he has to shoot away from them. The player can choose one of the modes – single-player or multiplayer. In single-player mode, they will confront the psychopaths on their own. In multiplayer mode, the player and their companion will be attacked by waves of enemies that want to kill them.
