The game is a sandbox in which the player can interact with a green doll. It can be grabbed and thrown against walls, the floor, and the ceiling. It will get wounds and may even die. The game has a huge arsenal of weapons and the player can choose any of them. One can use them themself or give them to the doll to use for their intended purpose. If the doll dies, the player can restart the game. Other characters and mods can also be added to the game. Controls are done with the mouse or the touch screen.
