The player creates his own police academy and trains future police officers. The academy has several divisions. One teaches shooting, another trains police dogs, a third teaches how to climb and descend a rope quickly, and so on. The player has to train the cops in all the necessary skills, then they are ready to perform missions and receive rewards for success. Depending on how the academy is set up, the corresponding missions and levels will open up and will be available.
