Jessy Faden communicates with a paranormal creature. She calls it Polaris. After another “dialogue”, she decides to arrive at the headquartersof Federal Control Agency. The organization kidnapped her brother Dilan and now Jessy is looking for him. Seventeen years have passed after a strange event in their native town and Jessy haven’t seen her brother since that time. However, once she finally finds the Agency, Jessy finds out that the previous head of the organization committed suicide.
